About our club

  • Soroptimist International of San Jacinto-Valley was chartered in 1961
  • Members are women of all ages, cultures and ethnic groups
  • Members work together to improve the lives of women and girls
  • Members participate in club service projects and fundraising events
  • Membership provides leadership development and networking opportunities
 Club Meetings 
  • We meet once each month at the Hemet/San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce, 615 N. San Jacinto, in Hemet
  • Monthly business meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM
 Club Dues
  • Annual dues are $145 for returning members
  • New member dues are $155 for the first yesr
  • There is a one-time $25 new member fee

Soroptimist is a global women’s organization with more than 80,000 members in about 120 countries and territories who support community–based and global projects benefiting women and girls. The organization is particularly concerned with providing women and girls access to education, as this is the most effective path to self-determination.
